Jennifer Bales Drake is a highly accomplished real estate attorney and Vice Chair of Becker’s Public, Private Partnerships (P3) practice group. She focuses on commercial transactions involving project development, including condominiums, mixed-use, townhome, and single-family developments, as well as condominium conversions and P3 deals. Jennifer represents municipalities, higher education institutions, and private entities in land use, contract negotiation, financing, leasing, joint ventures, and REO disposition. Her practice spans all phases of development—from acquisition and planning to sales, turnover, and termination. She also handles complex multi-party transactions, loan modifications, and the restructuring of multimillion-dollar deals. Jennifer is widely recognized for her depth of experience in P3 agreements, including land leases and operations agreements, and representing financial institutions and borrowers in asset-based financing and commercial real estate.
